Paige Spiranac is known around the world for the golf-related content she produces for social networks. The former professional player usually shares with her fans small but important details that should not be overlooked on the golf course, as was the case with her most recent post.
Spiranac posted a video clip on her YouTube channel showing the proper way to carry a golf bag on the course. The influencer explained that carrying the bag correctly prevents the player from looking like a “total newbie.” She said:
“If you don’t want to look like a total newbie on the golf course, never ever carry it backwards. I can tell someone who’s never played golf before because they’re carrying it this way [with side padding facing outward], or they’re carrying it this way [using just the hand] or they’re carrying it this way [under the arm].”
She added:
“I mean, I’ve seen people carry golf clubs some bizarre ways. Don’t do it that way, you’re going to look for the padding on the side, most bags have this and the strap will be facing…the plastic will be facing out, and you carry it on your right shoulder.
“This is the correct way to carry a golf bag. Again, if you want to look cool, you do the one strap, if you want to save your back and be smart, you do the two strap.”
