Mich Schumacher spent two seasons with Haas, in 2021 and 2022. The Former F2 world champion drove a total of 44 races in his short tenure in Formula 1. A seat at Stake F1 hadn’t previously been mentioned, but there was an opportunity for him at Alpine, who opted for Jack Doohan despite Schumacher’s experience with their WEC team.
For now, it seems like Schumacher will stay in the Alpine family. This year, he secured one podium at the Six Hours of Fuji in the WEC and will hope to build on this success. For the 2025 season, one seat is still yet to be confirmed in Formula 1 with Visa Cash App RB. Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko previously announced that Schumacher wouldn’t feature for the junior team.
