Iga Świątek will play for the Polish national team at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in Malaga (November 13-20). The current WTA vice-leader and five-time Grand Slam tournament winner announced her decision on social media on Tuesday.
“See you in Malaga! I’m glad that I can let you know today that I will play in the Billie Jean King Cup finals. I’m very happy that I will be able to play for my country and, as always, proudly represent Poland. Together with the whole team, we will give it our all and simply play the best we can.
