Simona Halep went to Moscow , where she will perform at the Kremlin Cup tournament broadcast live by Digi Sport channels starting on October 18.

Monica Niculescu will also participate in the tournament in Moscow. Enrolled in the doubles event, she was supposed to pair up with Gabriela Ruse in Moscow, but the Hamburg champion failed to obtain a visa. Thus, Monica Niculescu was left without a doubles partner and hopes to find an alternative.
