Simona Halep is preparing to return to the tennis court, after playing her last match in May, at the Trophee Clarins.
Simona Halep’s return will, however, come at the Hong Kong tournament, where she has already been announced in the main draw, not at the Tokyo tournament.
According to Digi Sport , Simona Halep denied that she received a wildcard to play in the tournament in Tokyo, despite the information that appeared about this. Thus, her return will be possible only in Hong Kong, on October 28, where she was already announced on the board by the organizers.
Simona played the first match after returning in March, in Miami, where she was eliminated in the first round by Paula Badosa.
She then had to retire in the first round of the Trophee Clarins due to medical problems with her knee.
